If you are a new patient and would like to establish care with Coastal Women's Healthcare, please call our office at 207-885-8400 to speak with a New Patient Representative. You can also request a new patient appointment by filling out the new patient ticket from the link below. Once you have established a patient account with our practice, please fill out our medical records release form by following the link below. We will send your signed release to your previous doctor's office and obtain your medical records for you. You will hear from a member of our Patient Services Team to schedule your appointment as soon as possible.
