A fourth-generation Mainer, Dr. Pappas grew up in Harmony, Maine. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Maine in Orono and went on to attend Tufts University School of Medicine as part of the Maine Track Program. She completed her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Maine Medical Center.

For the past four years, Dr. Pappas has practiced at a community hospital in Rockport, ME, caring for women through all stages of life. Her passion for women's health began at a young age and was solidified in high school after attending her first delivery during a shadowing experience.

Dr. Pappas values the full scope of women's health care, with a particular emphasis on continuity of care and the meaningful relationships it fosters. She is committed to creating a safe, supportive environment where patients feel heard, respected and empowered throughout their health journey.

Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys spending time with her family. She and her husband are busy raising their two young boys. As a family, they enjoy traveling, exploring new cuisine, listening to live music, and making the most of Maine's incredible outdoors.
