DEANNA BENNETT, FNP

Deanna Bennett is a board certified nurse practitioner who recently joined Coastal Women's Healthcare. She received her Bachelor's of Science degree in Health Education from Slippery Rock University in Pennsylvania in 1995. She earned her Masters in Nursing from the University of Southern Maine in 2004 and became very interested in women's health after working in the family practice setting. With a desire to continue educating women on reproductive health and well-woman care, Deanna worked at Planned Parenthood for over three years. Deanna's professional interests include: contraceptive counseling, adolescent well-woman visits, and STD screening and education. Professional affiliations include: American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, National Association of Nurse Practitioners in Women's Health and the Maine Nurse Practitioners Association. Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Deanna lives in Bowdoin with her husband, Tim and daughter, Molly. When Deanna is not providing personalized care to patients, she loves to read, garden and hike with her family.

PATRICIA BRYAN, CRNP

PATRICIA BRYAN, CRNP

Patty Bryan is a board certified Women's Health Nurse Practitioner. She received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. She earned her Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania, completing the Perinatal Nurse Practitioner program. Patty then attended Boston College where she took additional graduate studies in the Women's Health Nurse Practitioner Program. Prior to joining Coastal Women's Healthcare, Ms. Bryan practiced for thirteen years in the Mid Coast region of Maine. She is a member of the National Association of Nurse Practitioners in Women's Health. Patty specializes in obstetrical care. She works closely with the physicians at CWHC to provide patient-focused prenatal and post-partum care. She also has interest(s) in adolescent gynecology, vaginal health issues and menopause. She lives in Portland and enjoys travel, photography and spending time with family and friends.

ASHLEY PRATT, NP

ASHLEY PRATT, NP

Ashley Pratt is a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner from Harpswell, Maine. Originally from Chelsea, Maine, she received her undergraduate nursing degree from The University of Maine. She went on to receive her master's of science in nursing from Regis College. She holds her certification with the National Certification Corporation and is a licensed nurse practitioner through the Maine State Board of Nursing. She is experienced and trained in all IUD insertions, Nexplanon insertion, and has special interests in contraceptive counseling and adolescent gynecology. Her affiliations include Nurse Practitioners in Women's Health and the Maine Nurse Practitioners Association. She has also published textbook works for Jones and Bartlett nursing literature. Her passion for women's health comes from the many strong and knowledgeable female role models who have allowed her to learn and advance her practice. She also strongly believes in the importance of healthy diet and regular exercise and their contributions to female wellbeing through the lifespan. When she is not providing care, Ashley enjoys running, crafting, and walking local beaches with her longhaired dachshund, Bean.
