JENNIFER N. SHINNERS, MD

Dr. Shinners, a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist, received her medical degree from the University of Vermont College of Medicine and her undergraduate degree from Brandeis University. She completed her residency at State University of New York Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York. Her special interests include high risk obstetrics, adolescent gynecology, colposcopy, advanced laparoscopy including total laparoscopic hysterectomies, in-office endometrial ablation, hysteroscopy and sterilization. She also specializes in procedures for urinary incontinence. She is a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She is a native of Augusta and lives with her husband and two kids in Scarborough. She enjoys reading a good book, playing tennis, skiing, watersports and spending time with her family.
